The deck and portion of the ramp, which may not be earth, are subject to permit requirements. The earth ramp does not require permits, but must still meet the physical handicapped requirements for. slope, etc. (see attached drawings). Please submit the required plans, as previously requested in my December 13, 1988, letter, within ten days of the date of this letter, apply for the required permit, and pay the appropriate fees. The letter seems to me to be very frightening in its text. You must of had a very bad day when you dictated this letter. I sure hope this isnt the general type letter sent to taxpayers. Mr. Glander your letter states the constuction of a Deck and ramp for -access to a commercial coach needs a County Building Permit. I dont believe in this case it'does.
