The addition was constructed without permits and inspections from this office, so we were not able to perform the required inspection during con- struction, We therefore made a reasonable visual inspection without going on the roof and found the addition appears to conform to the'•intent.of the housing code requirements, except for the following items which must be done or resolved: 1) Verify water supply and sewage disposal systems meet Environmental Health requirements. 2) Provide approved foundation and underfloor bracing systems.*, 3) Reduce spacing on deck intermediate railing to less than 6 inches. 4) Repair leak in water supply system. Provide approved heat source for addition per Uniform Building Code Section(, S7i�9 OOC( 57+>1/£ 6(le4 Zhao" This inspection by the County of Butte does not act as a guarantee or war- ranty as to the internal soundness of this structure. The addition was constructed without permits and inspections from this office, so we were not able to perform the required inspection during con- struction.
