Agricultural building is defined as follows: Agricultural building is a structure designed and constructed to
house farm implements, hay, grain, poultry, livestock, or other horticulutral products. This structure shall not
be a place of human habitation or a place of employment where agricultural products are processed, treated,
or packaged, nor shall it be a place used by the public.

a mobilehome, and 40 feet from a commercial building.

This Certificate of Compliance is hereby issued by the County of Butte
to certify that the land division which created the parcel of property identified
below complies with the applicable provisions of the Subdivision Map Act and of

Southerly boundary line of said Parcel 3, North 690 22' 12" East, for 296.81 feet
to the beginning of a 300.00 foot radius curve to the right; thence following
along the arc of said curve through a central angle of 200 08' 20" for an arc
distance of 105.45 feet to the end of said curve, thence North 890 30' 32"
East for 400.0 feet to the true point of beginning for the line herein described;

Dear Mr. and Mrs. Sheldon:
At the regular meeting of the Butte County Subdivision Violation
Committee held on July 10, 1985, the committee granted a
conditional Certificate of Compliance for the above -referenced
property. The condition is:
1. The parcel must be created in compliance with the State
Subdivision Map Act and Chapter 20 of the Butte County
Code, and the appropriate map must be filed.
There is a fifteen -day appeal period before the Certificate can be
recorded unless the enclosed waiver is signed and returned, waiving
your right to appeal the committee's decision.
