3. Crawl Space Access
An access opening of 18" x 24". Minimum
must be provided for, through the founda-
tion or perimeter wall. If through wall,
bottom of opening must be a minimum of 4"
above ground level.
4. Under Floor Plumbing Runs
Installed at site. Slope toward drain
outlet when making installation (14" per
ft. min.) drain line may run either dir-
ection as long as slope toward outlet is
maintained.
5. Foundation Approvals
The foundation system must be designed by
a professional engineer or architect. And
approved by the local authority having
jurisdiction in areas where home is to be
installed.
K8HS will supply one approved system.
Although any system designed by a profes-
sional engineer or architect and approved
by the local authority may be used.
