In the minutes, it pointed out the need for the pro?erty owners to maintain the common access road to the north of Big Bend Road. Se refer to this road as NOBB ROAD. At the present time, two or three of the property owners have done improvement work on the road to the benefit of all. Efforts have been made to set up some sort of voluntary program of road improvement that would be supported by all the property owners but this has failed. In earlier correspondence with the County, the County offered assistance in the formation of a local Improvement District. It appears that the time has come to ask you for this help and we wonder if you could send us guide lines for setting un such an organization. We have also received the Building Permit ##2721-74 and request final inspectioh. Vie are at the property every week end and on most Fridays: Also, we can be at the property on any given day that might meet your schedule. In the event that it is not necessary for us to be present, we have taped the envelope containing the permit and plans to the front of the mobil home and have marked the evnvelope "Building Inspector". Connect one lead of a test instrument to the mobilehome grounding conductor and apply the other lead to each mobilehome supply conductor, including neutral. 5. All non-current, carrying metal parts of the mobilehome (aluminum siding, gas. line, water line), including fixtures and appliances, shall be tested for continuity from such equipment and the grounding conductor. 6. Upon completion of the above procedure, the power supply cord or feeder assembly conductors shall be connected to the site service equipment. A further continuity test shall then be made between the -rounding electrode and the chassis of the mobilehome.
