At the regular meeting of _the Butte County Subdivision Violation
Committee meeting held on January 2, 1991*, the committee granted u
Conditional Certificates of Compliance for the above -referenced
properties. The conditions -are:
Public Works (for parcel...25--6nly)
1. Provide two-way traversable access. to a publicly maintained road.
Health Department (for parcels 24 and 25):
2. Prove that a suitable site for the installation and replacement
of a septic -system for a single family residence exists on -the
property.
3. Prove that adequate quantities of domestic water are available for .
a single family residence.
There is a fifteen -day appeal period before this Certificate can be
recorded unless you sign and return the enclosed waiver waiving your
right to appeal the committee's decision.
