This Certificate of Compliance is hereby issued by the County of
Butte to certify that the land division which created the parcel of property
identified below complies with the applicable provisions of the Subdivision
Map Act and of Chapter 20 of the Butte County Code.

5 East, M.D.B. and M., and more particularly described as follows:
Commencing at the South quarter corner of.said Section 6;,thence along the

line of a 60.00 foot road easement; and the true.point of beginning for the
parcel herein described; thence from said true point of beginning and along
