West, along the North line of said Lot 4, a distance of 681.57 feet; thence South 050
35' 50" West, a distance of 3.95 feet; thence South 610 52' 32" West, a distance of
193.40 feet; thence South 37.0-21' 36" East, a distance of 396.85 feet to point."B" in
the centerline of an existing 60.0 foot road easement; thence South 880 33' 27" West,
a distance of 71.36 feet to the point of beginning for the herein described parcel of
land; thence from said point of beginning, continuing South 880 33' 27" West, a distance
of 68.64 feet; thence South 340 31' 50" West, a distance of 215:55 feet; thence South

EXCEPTING THEREFROM an undivided one-half of all water rights, and RESERVING THEREFROM
