Butte County Code at the above referenced location as follows: Chapter 195 Section 19-3: Unlawful for anyone to maintain, occupy or"use any building not provided with a sewage disposal system. Section 19-4A: Allowing sewage to flow on any lands whatever. Section 19-4B: Allowing sewage to be accessible to rodents, insects or humans. Title 25, Chapter 1, Subchapter 1, State Housing Law: Substandard housing, health and safety hazards to occupants of the dwelling. Chapter 26 Section 26-1, Chapter 269 Section 26-1, Chapter 27 Section 27-1, Chapter 28 Section 28-1 Adoption of the Uniform Building, Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing Codes to the Butte County Code. Requiring permits to be obtained to erect, construct, alter, repair, move, remove, improve, convert, demolish or equip any building or structure in the unincorporated.areas of the County except under permits from.the Building Department. The building is not considered habitable until the Health conditions are corrected. If the building is used for a living unit .without the necessary corrections, it will be declared a Public Nuisance and as such may be abated in the manner prescribed by law. Obtain all the permits necessary for the repair of the structure from the Butte County Department of Public Works and permit for sewage disposal from this department. Obtain all permits within SEVEN (7) DAYS and complete all repairs within THIRTY (30) DAYS from receipt of this notice. You should be aware that Butte County has entered into a Code Enforcement program that seeks voluntary compliance with the Butte County Code, but provides an effective means of enforcement if compliance is not obtained. If voluntary compliance is not obtained, enforcement will be pursued through the issuance of citations, fines, and recording Notices of Violation.
