Could someone research when this parcel obtained a permit to hook up to the sewer system? From what I could ascertain, this parcel is being assessed for 1.75. units at $240.42 per year - and at one time this parcel had a jelly/jam making business. The file contains the following information: y Permit 2615-72 issued 10/11/72. This permit was issued to install utilities and construct a ramada over a mobilehome. The support documentation indicates an existing dwelling on the site. Inspections were made on the permit, but final approval was never granted (most work was done without inspection). There is no reference to the installation of a sewer line. There is reference to an existing sewer line under the mobilehome. Permit 2833-86 issued 9/29/86 and final approval granted 10/24/86. This permit added a 108 square foot living room to the existing single family dwelling. No references to sewer lines are contained in the record. A copy of a draft application, data sheet, and developer fee schedule are also included in the file. This appears to be the result of an inquiry for a future 10' X 12' foot building proposed to be used for processing jellies. No application was ever made to pursue that building. Michael C.
