Discussed the fact,that we could not issue an ag. exempt permit 'on this property. Side
and rear yard setbacks would be 30 ft in SRA, or min of 20 ft. Front would be 20 ft from
the ultimate right of way. Doesn't fit on lot, -told him he would probably need to merge
with adjacent lot he owns.
