TO Butte County Advisory Agency FROM: planning Director SUBJECT: report on boundary Line Modification via Tentative Parcel Map of Renee Poll on AP 60--10-05, 00' DATE: September 5, 1984 This is a proposal forr a Boundary Line Modification via Tentative Parcel Map dividing 1.9S acres to increase the size of AP 60•-10-05 .and to decrease the size of AP 60 -10-06. The present zoning is A--2 (General). Tho Land Use Plan Map of the Butte County 'General Plan 'designates this area as Low Density Residential. There are no specific or community places for the area. The proposal does not conflict with County zoning nor any adopted or proposed element of the Butte County General. Plan inor any County, specific or commmunkty plan. Recommend approval with the following conditions 1. Westerly parcel not to be reduced in size so as not to Have 8125 square feet available -for each dwelling structure Calculations to be based on net acreage. NOTE: AP 60-1.0--06 not to be reduced in size so as not to have 8125 square feet available for each dwelling unit.
