The following observations were ,made during the inspection: NE Camp Area-(60–OL-002) Ten trailers observed - 8omo with electrical and water hookqp8i ltamadas were built over three trai7.ors Two cabins were observed – one occupied by Mr. Smothers. Four privies (pit toilets) were observed. Two very close to the creels. At least four other campsites were observed on the site, one containing a -tent, one a bus, 0110 a trucki and one vacant. A search ,of the Butte County Department of Public Works, and Health Department records dial not reveal any permits for construction, plumbing, olectricalt or 'sewage disposal for th;e trailer or ca4 ; ites Westerly Camp Area ( 60-07-022). Twent-six trailers observed. Several near a cabin on Humboldt load had electrical hookup s. Aamadas were observed over seventeen trailers. clary accessory structures were observed on the sites. At least twelve vacant sites or lots were observed 0110 camper '(t;rUdic ,hype) and one cabin were obseri=od. Eleven privies were observedf many very close to the stream channol. One travel trailer had a sewer line connected to some type of underground d,sposal system: No perriiits were found for any construction on this propertyf or for sewage disposal systems or privies.
