After close review of Panel 25 of the FEMA Flood Maps, Butte Meadows Subdivisions No. 1 and 2, and the proposed building site map, the following conclusions were developed. A careful plot of the proposed building site on. the FEMA panel 0025 indicates that said lot 14 is not within the 100 Year flood zone A, as shown on the attached sheet 2/2., Due to the close proximity of the potential flood boundries, a field review was conducted and supports this conclusion.
