He stated that in order to divide IhO property, ;should the rezone be approved, Mr. Turner would have to meet Hodlt`#' Department requirements. ^ Chairman Lambert said the Initial Study indicates this is a rezone of .75 of a 2.5 g6r@ parcel. She said the report states the rezone is for 2.6 acres. Mr. Hogan said the rezone Is for the whole parcel: The hearing was opened to the public; Tom Turner said the property has been in his family for 100 year and he wants to lea Jbe land where the catin is and split off property along Humboldt Road for his childro He said he will probably be able to get 3 parcels at the most.
