Cal 'Bachman - 3012 Esplanade, Chico - stated that the 100' setback.

Dirsi Kircher explained` that we do deal with two standards in some cases
on setbacks depending on whether it was a previous installation or a
new install tion, the discussion on the negative declaration does not
take precedence over condit'on N5 in the staff f'inelings. _
Martin Mikolich - Butte Meadows stated that they purchased this property
a year ago last May with the understanding that there were 9 spaces.
