A portion of the Northwest quarter of Section 29, Township 21 North,
Range 6 East, M.D.B. & M., lying Easterly of Bald Rock Road centerline
and lying Northerly of the Bean Creek Road centerline more particularly
described as follows:
COMMENCING at a point on the Northerly boundary line of Section 29,
Township.21 North, Range 6 East, M.D.B. & M.., where the centerline of
the Bald Rock Road intersects. said line; thence South 05° 54' 58" West,
along the centerline of Bald Rock Road, 336.85 feet; thence continuing
along said centerline, South 200 07' 42" East, 280.34 feet to the true
point of beginning for the Parcel of land .herein described; thence from
said true point of begirining, North 880 05' 14" East, 290.69 feet to a
point on the Westerly boundary line of a Parcel of land as described in
Deed to Donald R. Engle, et ux, recorded November 6, 1970 in Book 1642
of Butte County Official Records, at page 679; thence South 01° 58' 23"
East, along the Westerly boundary line of said Engle Parcel and its
Southerly prolongation thereof, 144.92 feet; thence South 51° 29' 05"
West, 215.01 feet to a point in the center of Bean Creek Road; thence
North 350 45' 12" West along the centerline of Bean Creek Road, 100
feet; thence North 200 07' 42" West along the centerline.of Bald Rock
Road, 200.19 feet to the true point of beginning.

At the regular meeting of the Butte County Subdivision Violation Committee
held November 14, 1979, the Committee issued a Certificate of Compliance
with no conditions for AP 61-32-44.
There is a fifteen (15) day appeal period before this Certificate of Com-
pliance can be recorded unless you sign and return the attached waiver
waiving your right to appeal the Committee's decision.
