COMMENCING at the Northwest corner of Section 29, Township 21 North, Range 6 East,
M.D.M.;
THENCE South 020 32'27" East along the West line of the Northwest one quarter of said
Section 29, 1700.00 feet;
THENCE leaving said West line, North 880 27' 04" East, 435.60 feet to the TRUE POINT
OF BEGINNING for the herein described parcel of land;
THENCE continuing North 880 27' 04" East, 431.57 feet to a point in the centerline of
Bald Rock Road;
THENCE South 120 00' 00" West along said centerline, 203.94 feet to the beginning of a
curve to the right having a radius of 700 feet and a central angle of 030.15'53";
THENCE along the arc of said curve 39.89 feet;
THENCE South 880 27'04" West, 470.52 feet;
