Dear Mr. Ribal:
At the regular meeting of the Butte County Subdivision Violation Committee
held November 14, 1979, the Committee issued a conditional Certificate of
Compliance for AP 61-32-38. The conditions are as follows:
1. Meet the requirements of the Butte County Health Department
to insure that the parcel contains the required useable area
for sewage disposal on the property in compliance with the
current Subdivision Standards.
2. Prove that domestic water in adequate quantities is available
to the parcel.
3. Verify legal access to a County maintained road.
There is a fifteen (15) day appeal period before this conditional Certi-
ficate of Compliance can be recorded, unless you sign and return the
attached waiver waiving your right to appeal the Committee's decision.
