The conditions are as follows: 1. Recombine AP 61-32-34,-39, 40 and.43 into one parcel, 2e Verify legal access to the recombined parcel. There is a fifteen (15) day appeal period before this conditional Certifi- cate of Compliance can be recorded unless you sign and return the attached waiver waiving your right to appeal the Committee's decision.
