Pursuant to the provisions of the Zoning Ordinance of the County of Butte and the special conditions set forth below: Alvin Grover is hereby granted a Use Permit in accordance with application filed: 9/25/87 to allow the construction of additional rental cabins as shown on the revised site plan for property zoned U located on both sides of Oro -Quincy Highway at Mountain House Resort, approximately 2 miles past north intersection of Bald Rock Road. 1. Failure to comply with the conditions specified herein as the basis for approval of application and issuance of Permit, constitutes cause for the revocation of said permit in accordance with the procedures set forth in the Butte County Zoning Enabling Ordinance. 2. Unless -otherwise provided for in a condition to a use permit, all conditions must be completed by the permittee within 12 months of the delivery of the countersigned permit to the permittee. 3. If any use for which a use permit has been granted is not established within one year of the date of receipt of the countersigned permit by the permittee, the permit shall be come null and void and reapplication shall be required to establish the use. SPECIAL CONDITIONS: 1. Deed to the County of Butte 60 ft. of right-of-way through AP 61- 33-08. 2. Driveways to conform to County standards. 3. Pay fees and make application for a small community water system from the Butte County Department of Public Health Division of Environmental Health. 4. Submit plans for review and obtain discharge requirements for .the sewage disposal system from the State Water Quality Control Board, 3443 Routier Road, Sacramento, CA 95827-3098. 5. Obtain permits and install sewage disposal system under inspection by the Butte County Department of Public Health. C i i 6. Meet the requirements -of the California Division of Forestry. 7. Provide a permanent solution for drainage. 8. No development to be located within 100 feet of any pond or stream. 9. Applicant' must also comply with all other applicable State and local statutes,.ordinances, and -regulations. I hereby declare under penalty of perjury that I have read the foregoing conditions, that they are in fact the conditions which were imposed upon the granting of this use permit, and that I agree to abide fully by said conditions.
