The building was constructed without permits and inspections from this office, so we were not able to perform the required inspections during construction. We therefore made a reasonable visual inspection, without going on the roof, under the building, or in the attic and found the structure appears to conform to the intent of code requirements, except for the following which must be completed or resolved: 1) Provide Environmental Health Department approval for sewage disposal and water supply. 2) Provide verification that all plumbing fixtures are trapped and vented, and otherwise properly installed. This shall include the installation of a kitchen sink, and hot and cold water to all sinks, lavatories, or tubs and showers. 3) Provide a conforming water heater installation. including location, vent and connector, PTRV line, and gas piping. 4) The water piping appears to be ABS sewer piping, which is not approved for use as potable water piping or within a building. Remove all ABS or 1 other unapproved piping and replace using approved methods and materials. . 5) Provide adequate emergency egress from -bedroom per, 1-994 Uniform. -- Building Code section 310.4. 6) Provide a heat source capable of maintaining a temperature of seventy :70 degrees, three (3) feet off the floor per-U.B.C. section 310.11. 7) . Verify that the entire building structural system is adequate including the _ foundation, floor, wall, ceiling and roof systems. r 8) .. Remove all ABS or 1 other unapproved piping and replace using approved methods and materials. 5) Provide adequate emergency egress from -bedroom per 1994 Uniform Building Code section 310.4. 6) Provide a heat source capable of maintaining a temperature of seventy 70 degrees, three (3) feet off the floor per U.B.C. section 310.11. 7) Verify that the entire building structural system is adequate including the foundation, floor, wall, ceiling and roof systems. 8) .
