It was apparently created in 1971 with an undescribable access (60' R/W - 30' on each side -of an existing.road), to Bean Creek Road. .We now have'an easement created in 1976 -as -shown on the-mao. Possibly the .Bean Creek Road is not correctly located on the AP map. Is this•a legal parcel for issuance of.sanitation and building permits? Please -advise -as -soon as possible as owner anxious to -start construction this weekend.
