These requirements are minimums and will be superseded by Butte County local regulations which equal or exceed these standards. Driveway Standards [X] 1273.02 Surface. All driveway surfaces and structures (bridges, culverts and other appurtenant structures which supplement the roadway bed or shoulders) shall provide unobstructed access to conventional drive vehicles.
