With reference to the above subject, we have been advised by one of our building
inspectors that you have installed a travel trailer and are constructing a
structure on your property located off Bald Rock Road without the required per-
mits, inspections, and approvals from this office.
Since the above parcel is zoned A-5 which permits mobiles of 500 Sq. Ft. minimum
the travel trailer must not be occupied. Also, since permits and inspections
are required by both State and County laws, please contact this office within
ten days of the date of this letter, submit two complete sets of plans, apply
for the required permits, and pay the appropriate fees.
