Cmmittee held January 10, 1979, the Committee approved your re-
quest to withdraw your application for de termination.for AP 62 -.04 -
Since work has already been involved in preparing a subdivision
tree, we feel that a refund at this time :is not possible. Even.
-though you wish to drop your application at this time, your app-
