Beginning at a point from which the North Quarter Corner of Section 27, Township 21
North, Range 5 East, which is monumented by a 25mm iron pipe, bears North 13° 56' 05"
East a distance of 2,106.07 feet (641.93 lm). Said point being on the easterly line of said
parcel and on the westerly right-of-way line of Oroville-Quincy highway as described in
