Dear Mr. Hagerty:
At the regular -meeting of the Butte County Development Review Committee held on April 18, 1994, the
Committee granted a conditional Certificate of Compliance for the above -referenced property. The
conditions are: ,
1. Provide verification that there is an area for a sewage disposal system and replacement area to support
a single family dwelling.
2. Pay recording fees of $9.00 in order to record the Certificate.
There is a fifteen day appeal period before this certificate can be recorded unless you sign and return the
enclosed waiver waiving your right to appeal the committee's decision. If the conditions are met prior to
the end of the appeal period, a "clean" certificate with no conditions will be recorded.
