The proposed Boundary Line `Modification for Thomas Smith and
Lionel Cornes is categorically exempt from the California
Environmental Quality Act in accordance to Article: 19, Section
15305(a) of the public Resources Code which ot,ates:
"Class 5 consists of minor alteration in Land Use
limitations in areas with an average scope of less
than 20 percent; , ,i which do not result n any changes
in land use or density, including but not limited
to:
(a) Minor lot line adjustments, side yards, and
set back variances not resulting in the creation.

The proposed project is zoned PR -20 (For.,thill Recreant ionali
20 acre parcels) and is designated by the Ceneral Plan, as
Aclriculrtural-Residential which permits two Parcels on 40
aures. The resulting Boundary Line Modification will not
change the number of parcels in this area
Recommend approval.
