The conditions to be placed on the Certificates of Compliance for AP 62-53-04 and AP 62-53-10 are: 1. Prove that a site acceptable to the Health Department exists on th.e': parcel for the installation and replacement of a sewage disposal system. 2. Prove that adequate quantities of potable domestic water are available to the parcel. 3. Provide two-way traversable access to the subject parcel. The conditions to be placed on the Certificate of Compliance for AP 62=53-21 are: 1. Prove that the required quantities of potable domestic water are available. 2. Provide two-way traversable access to the subject parcel.
