Dear Mr.7 Terry:
At the regular meeting'of the-.Butte County Subdivision Violation Committee
held on September 19, 1984, the Committee granted a conditional Certificate
of Compliance for the•above-referenced.property. The conditions are:
1. .Provide satisfactory evidence that a suitable site for the
installation.and replacement'of a sewage disposal system for
a single family residence exists on'the property.
2..• Provide satisfaetor..y evidence that adequate quantities of
potable domestic water are available to the property for a
single family residence.
These conditions may be appealed to the Board of Supervisors within fifteen
(15) days from the date of this letter. You may waive your right to appeal
the Committee's decision by signing and returning the attached waiver to our
office.
If the conditions are cleared prior.,to the expiration .of the appeal period,
a "clean" Certificate of Compliance with no.conditions will be recorded.
