This Certificate of Compliance is hereby.issued by the County
of Butte to certify that the land division which created the parcel of
property identified below complies with the applicable provisions of the
Subdivision Map Act and of Chapter 20 of the Butte County Code.

Description: All that certain property located in the County
of Butte, State of California, more particularly --
described as follows:
A portion of the northwest quarter of the southeast quarter of Section 30,
Township 21 North, Range 5 East, M.D.B. & M.,.more particularly described
as follows:
COMMENCING at the center of said Section 30; thence south l° 39' 01" East
along the north -south centerline of said Section 30, 225.00 feet to the
true point of beginning for the parcel herein described; thence from said
true point of beginning continuing along said north -south centerline
527.12 feet to a point; thence North 73° 06' 02" East 320.49 feet, more
.or less to the southwesterly corner of that parcel of land conveyed in.
Deed from Howarde Fairbanks to Roger E. Stewart, recorded February 28,
1972, in Book 1738, at page 466; thence North 330 54' 01" West along
the southwesterly line of said Stewart parcel. 522.56 feet to the true
point of beginning.
TOGETHER WITH rights-of-way of record, recorded in Book 2466 of Butte
County Official Records, at page 412.
Issuance*of this Certificate is conditional upon the following
conditions which have been imposed pursuant to -the Butte County Code
Chapter 2.0-167 and Government Ccde, Section 66499.35 (b), to protect
the public health and public safety. `
I. Prove that a site acceptable to the Health Department exists on the
parcel for the installation and replacement of a sewage disposal system.
2. Prove -that adequate quantities of potable domestic water are available
to the parcel.
3. Provide two-way traversable access to,the subject parcel.

Dear Mr. Quainter:
At the regular meeting of the: Butte County Subdivision.Violation Committee
held June 25, 1980, the Committee issued Certificates of Compliance for
AP 62-53-o4, AP 62-53-10 and AP 62-53-21.
The conditions to be placed on the Certificates of Compliance for AP
62-53-04 and AP 62-53-10 are:
1. Prove that a site acceptable to the Health Department exists
on th'e': parcel for the installation and replacement of a
sewage disposal system.
2. Prove that adequate quantities of potable domestic water
are available to the parcel.
3. Provide two-way traversable access.to. the subject parcel.
The conditions to be placed on the Certificate of Compliance for AP
62=53-21 are:

There is a fifteen (15) day appeal period before these conditional Certi-
ficates of Como liance can be recorded, unless you sign and -return the
attached waivers waiving your right to appeal.the Cozimittee's decision.
