Application for Determination Oroville, CA 95965 Dear Mr. Quainter: At the regular meeting of the: Butte County Subdivision.Violation Committee held June 25, 1980, the Committee issued Certificates of Compliance for AP 62-53-o4, AP 62-53-10 and AP 62-53-21. The conditions to be placed on the Certificates of Compliance for AP 62-53-04 and AP 62-53-10 are: 1. Prove that a site acceptable to the Health Department exists on th'e': parcel for the installation and replacement of a sewage disposal system. 2. There is a fifteen (15) day appeal period before these conditional Certi- ficates of Como liance can be recorded, unless you sign and -return the attached waivers waiving your right to appeal.the Cozimittee's decision.
