The conditions are: 1. Verify legal access to the parcel from Encina Grande. 2. Provide two way traversable access to the parcel from Encina Grande. There is a fifteen -day appeal period before this Certificate can be recorded unless you sign and return the enclosed waiver waiving your right to appeal the committee's decision.
