Committee held on July 24, 1984, the committee granted a conditional Certificate of Compliance to the above -referenced property. The conditions are: 1. Provide satisfactory evidence that a suitable site for the installation and replacement of a sewage disposal system for a single family residence exists'on the property. 2. Provide satisfactory evidence that adequate quantities of domestic water are available on the property for a single family residence. 3. Verify legal access to the parcel from Encina Grande Road. 4. Verify traversable access to the parcel. There is a fifteen -day appeal period before this Certificate can be recorded unless the enclosed waiver is signed and returned, waiving your right to appeal the committee's decision. If the conditions are cleared prior to the end of the appeal period, a "clean" Certificate with no conditions will be recorded.
