the Southeast quarter of Section 30, Township 21 North, Range 5 East, M.D.B. & M.
TOGETHER WITH a right of way for road and public utility purposes over a strip of
land 60.0 feet in width, lying 30.0 feet on each side of the following described cen-
terline:
Commencing at the Southwest corner of the above described parcel of land; thence North;
89°20'07" East, 136.50 .feet to the point of beginning for the centerline herein de-
scribed; thence South 5°27'37" [-lest, 436.37 feet; thence South 16°37'35" East, 244.73
feet to the beginning of a 300.0 foot radius curve to the right; thence along the arc*
of said curve, through a central angle of 67°22'41", an arc distance of 352.79 feet;
