This Certificate of Compliance is hereby issued by the County of Butte to
certify that the land division which created the parcel of property
identified below complies,with the applicable provisions of the Subdivision
Map Act and of Chapter 20 of the Butte County Code.
1. Property Location: Approx. 600 ft. west of Mann Avenue, 1200
ft. north of Ponderosa Way (Encina Grande Rd.) Bloomer Mtn. Area
2. Assessor's Parcel Number: AP # 61-55-37 Paqes
Description: All that certain property located in the County of Butte,
State of California, more particularly described as follows:
COMMENCING at the Southeast corner of the Southwest quarter of the Sotitheast-,quarter of
Section 30, Township 21 North, Range 5 East, M.D.B. & M.; thence North 10 21' 30" East
along the Easterly_ boundary line of the Southwest quarter of the Southeast quarter of
said Section 30, a distance of 899.37 feet to the Northeast corner of a parcel of land
described in Deed to Blanche Wright, recorded January 24, 1972, in Book 1731 of Butte
County Official Records, at page 47; and the true point of beginning for'the parcel of land
herein described; thence continuing North 10 21' 30" East along said East boundary line,
a distance.of 400.68 feet to the Northeast corner of said Southwest quarter of the
Southeast quarter of said Section 30; thence South 890 20' 07" West along the
Northerly boundary line of the Southwest quarter of the Southeast quarter of said
Section 30,'a distance of 330.91 feet to the Northwest corner of a parcel of land
described in Deed to Archie Dewitt, a single man, recorded January 24, 1972, in Book
1731 of Butte County Official Records, at page 45; thence along the West boundary line
of said Dewitt parcel of land, South 10 19' 25" West to the Northwest corner of a parcel
of land described in the above mentioned Deed to Blanche Wright: thence along the
Northerly boundary line.of said Wright parcel of land North 890 20' 7" East 330.68 feet
to the true point of beginning.
Issuance of this Certificate is conditional upon the following conditions
which have been imposed pursuant to the Butte County Code Chapter 20-167
and Government Code, Section 66499.35 (b), to protect the public health
and public safety:
:I1. Provide satisfactory evidence that a suitable site for the installation and
replacement of a sewage disposal system for a single family residence exists
on the property.
2. Provide satisfactory evidence that adequate quantities of potable domestic water
are available for a single family residence.
3 Verify legal access'to the parcel from Encina Grande Rd.
4. Provide two-way traversable access to the parcel from Encina Grande Rd.
