This Certificate of Compliance is hereby issued by the County of
Butte to certify that.the land division which created the parcel of nronerty
identified below complies with the applicable provisions of the Subdivision'
Man Act and of Chapter 20 of the Butte County Code.

feet to a Doint in the center of an existing road; thence South

radius curve to the right; thence along the arc of said curve
through a central angle of 380 07' 00" having an arc length of 66.53

At the regular meeting of the Butte County Subdivision Violation
Committee held March 19, 1980, the Committee issued a Certificate
of Compliance for AP.62-53-42 with no conditions.
There is a fifteen-day appeal period before this Certificate of
Comnliance can be recorded, unless you sign and return the attached
waiver waiving your right to appeal the Committee's decision.
