Beymer Well Service has investigated the problem and has submitted an estimate to

Underwriting Considerations:
The verified annual household income of $9,360 consists of SSI and is less than
50% of the median income for Butte County. Current monthly housing expenses of
$258.63 are 33% of Ms. Peterson's gross monthly income. Since applicant is requesting
an emergency grant, information relating to credit history, property value and loan -to -
value ratio were not investigated. An explanation of loan terms is also not applicable
since Ms. Peterson. will be receiving a housing rehabilitation grant and not a loan. Project
will be funded from CDBG PI.
