The condition on each parcel is: 1. Provide verification that a suitable site for the installation and replacement of a sewage disposal system for a single family residence exists on each parcel. There is a fifteen -day appeal period before this Certificate can be recorded unless you sign and return the enclosed waiver waiving your right to appeal the committee's decision.
