We observed extensive sliding at the mobilehome location and across the property line Northwest of the mobilehome. Prior to rebuilding or any new construction, the site shall be assessed -for stability and areas of buildability by a Geotechnical Engineer or Civil Engineer experienced in the field. Permits, inspections and approvals will be required for any remedial site work to correct soil failure at the site. Plans shall be prepared by a qualified professional. and submitted for approval.
