Enforcement may be pursued through the issuance of citations, fines and the recording of a Notice of Violation including a description of the action necessary to abate the violation. You have thirty (30) days to voluntarily comply with the above directions or to present an acceptable plan for abatement or corrective actions to be taken by you.
