This is a proposal to modify the boundary line buiveen two parcels in the Berry Creek area. The
present zoning is U (Un.&Assified). The Land Use Element of the Butte County General Plan
designates this arca Agricultural is. Residential.. There ail, a no specific or community plans for
the area at this time.
The proposal' does not conflict vnth County zoning nor any adopted or proposed element of the
Butte County Generral Plan nor any County, specific or community plan;
The proposes project is categorically exempt' from the requirements of the California
Environmental Quality Act in accordance with Section 15305 of the Public Resour ces Code which
states:
"Class 5consists of minor alt4trations . which do not result in; any changes in land use or
density' ..
Recommend approval of the proposed BoundAry Dine Modification subject to the following
condition:
