With reference -to the above subject and your recent correspondence, this
office has been unable to properly inspect your utility installations due
to the fact that 'u did not have any plot plans on the job site.

At such time as we are again requested to make the utilities inspections
and the plot plan is on the job site, we will complete the' necessary
inspections. If all work is completed to coderequir'ements and if the
water supply and sanitation system is approved by the Health Department,
and if you obtain a mobile home installation permit and install the mobile
home per State requirements, we will contact P.G.,& E. to authorize elec-
tric service.
As to your "Notice of Violation". I suggest you contact the Butte County
Planning office to discuss this matter with them.
