At the regular meeting of the Butte County Subdivision Violation
Committee meeting held on November 21, 1990, the committee granted
a conditional Certificate of Compliance for the above -referenced
property. The conditions are:
1. Provide a Record of Survey of the parcel.
2. Verify 2 -way traversable access to the parcel from Encina Grande Road:
3. Provide satisfactory evidence that a suitable site for installation
and replacement of a sewage disposal system exists on the property.
4. Provide satisfactory evidence that adequate quantities of domestic
water are available to the property.
There is a fifteen -day appeal period before this Certificate can be
recorded unless you sign and return the enclosed waiver waiving your
right to appeal the committee's decision.
