This will confirm our telephone conversation regarding
a problem Mr. and Mrs. Rhodes ' and Mr. and.,Mrs. Hannah are
having with their mobile home on bloomer Mountain. -
As we discussed, the Rhodes and Hannahs'own a parcel
of real property on Bloomer Mountain. On August 15, 1974,
they each.installed their mobile homes on their property and
made a request to PG&E for power on or about August 16.,
1974. PG&E was delayed in installing the'power and only
recently indicated they would be in a position to put the
power in effect. It is my understanding that this indication
from PG&E came some time during the latter part of March.
PG&E will not, of course, turn the power on until it
has the approval of the Public Works Department. It i's my
understanding that the county inspector has refused to pass
the property for power unless there is a water Well on the
property because of some new regulations. My clients do not
wish to go.to the expense of digging a well because they in-
tend to'tie into the water syst:em being developed by Mr.
Mann and the approval for which system is anticipated shortly.
I am informed that the Rhodes and Hannahs do now receive
water from an alternate source.

being turned on since the lot plan and septic system have
been approved.
Inasmuch as the coaches have been installed since March
of 1974, and the.request for power was made at that time, we
would hope that your department will approve this request

"19827.5. A demolition permit shall not be issued by any city, county,
city and county, or state and local agency which is authorized to issue
demolition permits as to any building or structure except upon the receipt
from the permit applicant of a copy of each written asbestos notification
regarding the building that has been required to be submitted to the'United
States Environmental Protection Agency or to a designated state agency, or
both, pursuant to Part 61 of Title 40 of the Code of Federal Regulations,
or the successor to that part. The permit may be issued without the applicant
submitting a copy of the written notification if the applicant declares that
the notification is not applicable to the scheduled demolition project. The

This is a formal warning notice. Pursuant to Butte County Code (BCQ Section 41-2, we sent you a courtesy
notice dated July 21, 2003, notifying you that you are in violation of the BCC, and 1998 California Building Code
(CBC), at the above -referenced location. As of this date, the following violations still exist:

an addition and screen room.

The above violations(s) shall be corrected or abated by you by submitting three (3) complete sets of plans,
applying for the required permits, and paying the appropriate fees, inc , luding penalties. After permit issuance and
field authorization to proceed, the work must be completed and approved by this office within the permit
specified time.
This is your final warning. Unless you contact this office and make the proper arrangements to correct or
abate the violation(s) voluntarily, within ten (LO) days from the date of this letter, enforcement shall be
pursued through the issuance of a citation (ordering you to appear in court) for said violation(s) and for

5. The following are limitations or requirements for timber operations conducted under a Less Than Three Acre Conversion
Exemption (Notice, Notice of Conversion Exemption, Conversion Exemption):
A. Timber operations shall comply with all other applicable provisions of the Forest Practice Act and regulations, county general plans,
zoning ordinances, and any implementing ordinances; copies of the state rules and regulations may be found on CDF's Web Page on the
Internet at http:lAfvww.fire.ca.gov.
B. All timber operations shall be complete within one year from the date of acceptance by the Director.
C. All conversion activities shall be complete within two years from the date of acceptance by the Director unless under permit by local
jurisdiction. Failure to complete the conversion requires compliance With stocking standards and stocking report requirements of the Act and
board regulations.
D. The timber operator shall remove or dispose of all slash or woody debris in accordance with 14 CCR 1104.1 (a) (2) (D). The timberland
owner may assume responsibility for the slash treatment, provided the landowner acknowledges in writing to the Director such responsibility
at the time of submission of this notice. The specific requirements shall be included with the acknowledgement.
E. Timber operations shall not be conducted during the Winter period unless a winter operation plan or in lieu practices required by Forest
Practice regulations are specified within (attached to) this Notice.
F. No Umber operations are allowed within a Watercourse and Lake Protection Zone unless specifically approved by local permit (e.g.
county, city).

Enclosed is a one-time conversion request for two parcels owned by Mary Beckham. She
is the timberland owner for parcel 061-580-007 & 010. The intent is to make room for a
apple orchard and landscaping. The majority of the trees are dead topped due to beetles.
A take tree mark was done with blue paint marks including butt mark. The marking was
done with the owner and is intefided to clear the area for the above mentioned use. The
LTO will remove the trees. The LTO will also be responsible for treating the slash
generated by the operation to the standards of Section I 104.1(2)(d) of the Forest Practice
Rules.
The exemption area boundaries are flagged in solid pink fidgging. Access to the parcel
will be by the existing road off Encino Grande road. No watercourse is present in the
exemption boundaries. No endangered or threatened plant or animal species were -
observed. Habitat for such species was not noted. This project is in accordance with Butte
County regulations and an assistant planner has signed off on its compatible use. A copy
of the notice posted on the parcel at least 5 days before submission (copy of notice
attached, posted (October 3, 2005). A copy of the notice was sent to owners of record
within 300 feet and the archeological contacts for Butte County (October 10, 2005).
