Issuance of this Certificate is conditional upon the following conditions which have been imposed
pursuant to the Butte County Code Chapter 20-167 and Government Code, Section 66499.35 (b),
to protect the public health and public safety as contained in.attached Exhibit "B".

CONDITION NO. 1:' Provide two-way traversable access to the parcel.from a
publicly maintained road .or state highway as defined in the
Butte County Code.
CONDITION NO. 2: Provide approved access to the parcel from a publicly
maintained road or state highway in accordance with the
Butte_ County Code. Minimum easement width to be sixty
(60) feet.
CONDITION NO. 3: File a Record of Survey showing the boundaries of the
property.
INFORMATION NOTE: All new structures must meet the fire safe regulations of
the Butte County Code and Public Resources Code 4290 and 4291. f
