BEGINNING at a pointonthe.South line of said Northeast quBrter of the
Northwest quarter of Section 31., which point bears North 88 14' 54" East.,
73$-57 feet from the Southwest corner ther8of; thence from said.poinb of
beginning, along said South line, North 88 14, 54" East, 278.00 feet
to the West line of Wagon Wheel Way as shown on the Map of Feather Ridge
Estates, Unit No. 1, filed in the office of the Recorder of said Butte
County in Book 35 of Maps, at pages 62., 63, and 64; thence along -the
Westerly boundary of said Subdivision, along the arc of a 330.00 foot -
