Application for Determination
At the regular meeting of the Butte County Development Review Committee
held on August 23, 1993, the committee granted a conditional Certificate
of Compliance for the above referenced property. The conditions are:
1. Provide an accurate legal description of the property.
2. Provide the usable sewage disposal area on the property.
There is a fifteen -day appeal period before this certificate can be
recorded unless you sign and return the enclosed waiver, waiving your
right to appeal the committee's decision. If the conditions are met
prior to the end of the appeal period, a "clean" certificate with no
conditions will be recorded.
