Bloomer Mountain area. paltyres Santoni was present representing the applicant. She asked if the Health Dept, would recommend combination of the parcels. Mr. Erickson said that apparently the two lots will be combined. Ms. Santoni said that would be fine with the applicant, Mr. Edell said that the property is in a Don Mann court judgement area, so it can be resolved either way. Mr. Erickson said there would be a condition to verify usable sewage disposal area on the property. Ms Santoni had not realized that condition would be required.. Mr. Edell said the condition might be able to be complied with without further testing. If the condition is met prior to the end of the appeal period, the condition will be deleted from the certificate. There will be a condition to provide an accurate 14!gal description of the 'property combining the two parcels. Ms. Santoni said she did not have to do that on Mike Carterfs property. T merger was done without, having to provide a legal description. she indicated ori the AP page where Carter's property is located. Mr. Brick8i stated: I make a motion to issue a conditional certifiC-At6- C,`compliance for two parcels combined as one owned by Keith Robert,:, AP 61-62-07 and 08, finding that available evidence indicates thk varcels are part of the Don Mann court judgement ;area. The .issuance of the: certificate will not be detrimental to the health, safe"•y or welfare of the people Df- Butte County or other properties in the territory In which the property is situated provided the following conditions are complied With. The motion also includes issuance of a clean certificate of compliance if the conditions are met prior to recording of the conditional certificate.
