Mrs. king said that the deer devoured her garden and 50 dollars worth of rose
bushes in one night, and that was 'the reason for the request for the fence.
Mr. King comunented that 'lie would prefer to move t'he fence when it became
necessary ratliev than dedicate the Frontage sinr.e his frontage was 871 ft.
along Oro -Quincy Road and the fence 'would be only 41 ft. long.

traffic safety as a result of any changed condition or of any public
